Ohio is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Columbus wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. In fact Columbus wildlife frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.

Columbus Wildlife Tip:
How to find a snake -It is not easy to find a snake. Unlike other nuisance animals, snakes leave very little evidence of their passing. They are not destructive, so there are no chewed holes or wires around the building; they do not eat frequently, so droppings are not in abundance. The best way to find a snake is to observe your property. Remember snakes lack the ability to regulate their body temperature. On a warm, sunny day, the snake is probably basking on a rock. Check driveways, patios, rock fences, or any flat surface around the home. If you see the snake and walk toward it, it will likely retreat back to its den. If you try for days and do not come across the snake, you will have to examine your home for other evidence of the intruder. This can be almost impossible to detect; any crack or opening could possibly be a snake den. The best bet at this point is to put out a snake trap. One of the best models on the market is a glue trap enclosed within a box. Scent lures attract the serpent, and the opening forces the snake to enter and have to turn around to leave. By this time the glue has successfully secured the animal. All you have to do is pour vegetable oil on the glue to release the snake. This is an excellent way to relocate any species safely.
Columbus, OH Animal Control News Clip:
Pest Regulation - Ohio insects just what the doctor ordered
I had numerous chances, but managed to mess them up. The first morning, two young house rat and mouse walked past my large plantstand, stopped and looked back. It didn't register that they were probably looking at their mother. When she appeared moments later, 17 yards away, I may have been facing the wrong way for a shot. When I awkwardly drew back my bow, she caught the movement and bounded just out of range. The largest pest regulation company in Columbus may have been interviewed, but shared nothing.
Another morning, exterminating from a earth blind, I watched two does slowly zig-zag their way through the woods to me. As they neared, I'd draw back, only to have them walk behind a large plant. This may be a departure from the normal no-pest policy of the area..
Amazingly, the does ended up coming within 10 feet of the rear corner of the blind. I turned to face them, drew back and raised my bow. Somehow, the string on my release slipped and the arrow zinged through the bottom of the blind and sent the startled house rat and mouse fleeing. You're doing a heck of a job, Brownie may have been all I could hold the opinion as I sat there, equally startled. No members of the Columbus Pest Society could be found to issue a statement.
If someone isn't sure about how a rodent should be skinned or just don't feel up to the task, they should take the vermin to the pest controller whole. He would much rather do the capping himself than try to correct mistakes later. If a rodent skin can't be transported to the pest controller without delay, it can be frozen temporarily. The head/hide should be rolled together and sealed inside one or two large trash bags. Sometimes it's also a good idea to put it inside a cardboard box if sufficient freezer space may be available.
