New Jersey is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Mount Holly wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. Some Mount Holly animals frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.

Mount Holly Wildlife Tip:
Can baby skunks chew through crawlspace - A crawlspace in a home is usually constructed from concrete or cinder blocks with a wooden structure sitting on top. It is very, very unlikely that baby skunks can chew through a crawlspace. In fact, skunks aren't even as inclined to chew as other animals are. If you had a woodchuck or a rat living in the crawlspace, then you might have something to worry about. Baby skunks will chew, but it won't be much, and will probably just be when they are going through their first set of teeth. Much like puppies and kittens, they can't do much damage to the structure of a house. The digging that comes from having skunks in the crawlspace is more concerning than any chewing. The digging, while usually minimal, can sometimes cause issues with the strength of the concrete or the blocks holding up the house. If you know you have baby skunks in the crawlspace, you need to have the mother trapped and removed and the babies scooped up by hand, or you need to wait until the animals are old enough to leave the den before you trap the mother. Skunks can spray as soon as they are 8 days old. If it's been longer than that, you might just want to wait or hire a professional.
