New Jersey is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Mount Laurel wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. Mount Laurel Wildlife Tip:
Humane opossum removal
If you are honest about it, you have to admit that the opossum is one of the of these animals that has ever been seen. They are cute and adorable when they are first born, but grow to have one of the ugliest looking faces imaginable.

They are one of those nuisance kind of animals that can really disturb your yard. Not only do they dig in such things as your garden or your trashcan, but they leave their waste around which can pose a risk to you and your family. Bacteria and parasites live in this waste, and all it takes is for you to step in it, touch it in some way, or breathe in the fecal matter after it dries and you can become ill. This can just as easily happen to you your family or your pets, and is why you need to take action to get these animals away from your property as quickly as possible.

For some, the option to do so can be achieved through termination. By using some kind of poison or killing the animal in some other way, they handle their possum problem once and for all.

However, there are those who do not believe in killing any animal. They don't want the possum on their land but don't want it terminated either. What they are looking for our humane opossum removal techniques.

There are a number of ways that you can do this. Some would suggest keeping your dog outside at nighttime when the possum is likely to come around. This can be effective, as long as the possum never comes on your property. You need a dog that is big and will act aggressive to appoint. This should scare the opossum away and keep it off your property for good.

If the animal has figured out a way into your home, then the way to get rid of it is true something like a one-way exclusion funnel. Trying to capture the animal using a trap is simply not a good idea, especially inside your house. There are too many risks involved.

The better choice is to allow the possum to do all the work for you. Somewhere outside of your home this animal has found a way to enter into your residence. This is likely happen because there is a crack, gap, or some other hole in the siding of your house.

Once you have found this location, place a one-way exclusion funnel over the entryway that the possum is using to get into your house. What will happen is that when this animal goes outside to find food and water it will be able to get out through the exclusion funnel but then be denied access back into the home.

Once it is out, you simply remove the funnel and seal the area that the opossum was using to get into your house. You didn't have to do very much to make this happen, and that is why it is an extremely effective technique.
