Texas is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Buda wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. Some Buda animals frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.
DOG or CAT: If you need assistance with a domestic animal, such as a dog or a cat, you need to call your local
Hays County Animal Control
for assistance. They can help you out with issues such as stray dogs, stray cats, vaccinations, licenses,
pet adoption, lost pets, and more. If you have a wildlife problem, you can try calling the Hays County animal control, and see what they have to
say, but they will certainly not help you with a complex wildlife problem such as critters in your attic. They are a free government agency that
helps with dog and cat issues only.

Buda Wildlife Tip:
HOW TO USE ONE WAY EXLUSION FUNNELS TO REMOVE MICE WITHOUT TRAPPING THEM
Discovering you have mice in your home isn't very pleasant. They scurry along the attic, leave droppings everywhere, reproduce extremely fast and get into anything they can chew. Your kitchen may well be their favorite target. This obviously isn't very hygienic and you will want to address the problem as soon and effectively as possible.
There are many ways to get rid of mice. Traps and poisons will of course kill the mice, but some people are averse to these methods as they are considered inhumane, and the truth is that, while they effectively kill one mouse, they are not at all a long - term solution to the problem of mice having access to your house. If a mouse has found a way in, rest assured that more will continue to do so; they have unblocked access to a warm cozy nesting place and a constant source of food. They will keep coming.
A one way exclusion funnel is one of the best options for getting rid of mice without harming them, and it's also the best option for guaranteeing they won't come back in. An exclusion funnel consists of a funnel that allows the mice to enter a box at the end of it, but does not let it come back out. This way, you can catch all the mice safely in box that you can them transport to a safe spot to free the mice in their natural habitat.
So, the first thing you must consider when you embark on your mission of ridding your house of mice is to identify their access points in and out of the house. Any cracks, nooks and little holes in your walls or roof are probably your best bet, so start looking around there. Once you have identified these, you must cover them up and block all the entrances but one, preferably the most frequently used by the mice to come and go, or the one nearest the nest. You may need to dedicate a few hours to observation to identify the best entryway to install the one way exclusion funnel.
Although the mice will probably enter the funnel without prompting, given that this is a regular path for them, you may want to put some food inside the box to give them a little extra incentive to come and explore. The exclusion funnel is absolutely harmless to the mice, and the box has breathing holes to avoid suffocation. Once you have caught the mice, be sure to look for a nest, as there may be babies there. If you're doing the humane thing of setting them free in the wild, go the extra mile and save the babies too. You can put them in a cardboard box and set it down by a tree near the place where you set the other mice free, the mother will find them and probably continue to nurse them in that same nest.
As soon as you remove the funnel, make sure to close up that access point to prevent any more mice coming into your house.
