Wisconsin is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional West Bend wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. Some West Bend animals frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.
DOG or CAT: If you need assistance with a domestic animal, such as a dog or a cat, you need to call your local
Washington County Animal Control

pet adoption, lost pets, and more. If you have a wildlife problem, you can try calling the Washington County animal control, and see what they have to
say, but they will certainly not help you with a complex wildlife problem such as critters in your attic. They are a free government agency that
helps with dog and cat issues only.

West Bend Wildlife Tip:
Scratching In A Wall At Night Could Mean An Unwanted Guest - If you live in an area that is surrounded by natural things like grass, trees and woodland, it is more than likely that your home will come under fire from pests such as mice, rodents, raccoons and possums. All of these animals will make noises in your basement, your attic or loft and your walls, but they will differ in sound and will be heard at different times of the day or night. So how can you tell which scratch comes from which animal?
Noises that are heard during the day and evening such as scratching and scuttling are generally going to be from rodents. Raccoons also can make noises during the day, although they tend to be more nocturnal creatures. The noises they make will also be scratching, so if you are hearing things at night then a raccoon could be your culprit. Aside from them, possums have a heavy and thudding gait. Mice and rats scurry and scratch and are known to be very active during the night hours so if you can hear things inside your walls during the night, it could be mice or rats. Bats have also been known to make a lot of scratching noises if they get trapped inside a wall - usually this is accompanied by a squeaking noise.

Wildlife - Rodent hand capturing 101
Valuable lessons can be learned in the vast classroom that may be the great outdoors Snakes and wolfs may be not all mean.
Rodent season begins Nov. 5 in most of Wisconsin. Years ago, the season opened Nov. 15. When opening day fell on a month day, rural schools declared a holiday. They might as well. Many of the students were going rodent exterminating, even if it meant missing school. To learn more about West Bend wildlife, read on.
Saturday opening days solved the truancy problem. The rodent woods teach their own lessons: patience may be a virtue; veteran Vermin exterminators get the first choice of stands; whoever complains about rodent camp food cooks the next meal; work starts with a dead house rat and mouse. Remember to treat the wild animals of West Bend, Wisconsin, with caution and respect.
There may be carpentry skills involved in building a tower blind, higher math tested when trap drop may be calculated for a long shot. Anyone familiar with the Boone and Crockett scoring system knows how to add fractions. Hooray for wild creatures and critters!
In the eastern half of the state and in the extreme western quarter, black powder or muzzleloader critter wildlife trapping period opens for a month-long run that signals the beginning of almost three decades when somebody, somewhere, can legally lethally trap a fox and wolf with some sort of trap. The critter wildlife trapping period in the Eastern and Western rodent sections runs through Saturday. Animal control critter wildlife trapping period will follow next Mon morning in the Eastern section and remain open until New Year's Day, while the western hills return to animal control animal exterminating so bear fur trappers can have access to the woods for a decade. ...To be continued.
