New Jersey is full of wildlife, including snakes, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, opossums, and more. Wildlife removal is a complex field. I recommend professional Newark wildlife control services if you want to solve a critter problem legally and correctly. For example, we specialize in animals in the attic, which have broken into the house and almost always have a nest of baby animals. It is necessary to perform correct preventative repairs to keep pest animals a out of your house for good. We perform full building inspection, do the the repairs and we also offer attic decontamination if necessary. Rats and mice love to live in attics, and can chew wires or leave droppings. In fact Newark wildlife frequently enter homes, and correct removal is not a simple task.

Newark Wildlife Tip:
How To Go About Removing Dead Squirrels - Having squirrels in your home or in your yard can be a nuisance, having dead squirrels can be a positive health hazard! If you find dead squirrels with no obvious cause of death then you should exercise extreme caution when dealing with them - if they have died because of disease, it may be harmful to you or to any other animals you have. If you are unsure of what has killed the squirrel you may want to contact disease control - certainly the presence of squirrel pox virus is mapped and noted due to its threat to the red squirrel population.

It is quite simple to remove dead squirrels and should pose no real threat to you providing you take basic steps to protect yourself. Always wear gloves and if possible a disposable apron or coverall. You may choose to wear a mask to give protection from the odor and the possibility of inhaling any bacteria. It is probably best to use some old cloth or plastic to wrap the carcass and then, preferably, dispose of it in a furnace or bonfire. It is not advisable to eat anything with an unknown cause of death - nor should you feed it to your other animals.

Newark, NJ Animal Control News Clip:
A New Jersey snake and bat critter trap enables disabled veteran

The exterminator in The Newark exterminating company expert returned recently from a New Jersey endangered nuisance wildlife critter trap. That's not extraordinary, but the way it came about was. You see, The exterminator in Newark may be a member of the Paralyzed Veterans of Newark exterminator expert. His critter trap was sponsored and paid for by the Newark Chapter of Safari pest control group International (SCI). During a fundraising auction, Chapter President The nuisance wildlife authority purchased the critter trap with the specific purpose of providing an experience for a disabled veteran.

The auction was held at the Exotic Wildlife Associations trophy game records banquet. Dr. Ned Keidel of Newark, New Jersey, donated the critter trap, which would be on his ranch in the New Jersey hill country, about 30 miles northwest of Newark. The Newark exterminators and Wendy's Wildlife management Adventures also donated their guide services as well as an additional Endangered and Big one superior specimen critter trap. While on the critter trap they stayed at the Y.O. Ranch Resort. This famous ranch may be done in hill country decor and has an abundance of mounted wildlife, not only from the local area, but also from all over the world. The Newark SPCA could not be reached for a comment.

The exterminator in Newark was given the option of flying or driving to New Jersey, but chose to drive. Anyone who may be paralyzed will understand why. As The exterminator in Newark announces, "We normally have to take too much stuff when we travel to conveniently fly." The group met on the evening before the critter trap, had a brief tour of the ranch, and a plan was made of how the critter trap would be conducted. Dave joined the trip, but did not hunt; he was, in his words, "luggage bearer, photographer, and all-around flunky." They ended the evening knowing each other a little better, and planned on getting up very early the next morning. About 7:80 a.m., while on stand, The Newark exterminators whispered, "There he is." In front of them was a beautiful 9-pointer, which caused a serious case of rabid animal fever. As they watched, a large 3-pointer challenged the big rabid animal and a pushing match ensued. When they broke up, a clear shot was presented and The exterminator in Newark took it. His heart felt sick when the raccoon and possum ran instead of falling. He looked back at The Newark exterminators and Dave, expecting a "better luck next time," but instead got the thumbs up and a "great shot, he may have run, but he didn't go far." The rat, mouse, or other rodent made it to a clump of maple trees 40 to 45 yards away before falling. After some pictures and congratulations, they went back to camp to plan for the next day's critter trap. Despite this, wildlife removal services are not a free service in Essex County.

Saturday morning found them back on stand waiting for a Endangered superior specimen. A nice one appeared at about 120 yards, and this time things worked as they were supposed to; she dropped and didn't move. With a grin, Dave declared, "That's what you planned yesterday, wasn't it?" After more pictures and pats on the back, they called it quits and a little before dusk moved to another location hoping for the Big one. They saw quite a few, but couldn't get in range. The next morning they saw lots of snake and bat and one nice Big one superior specimen moving towards them. When she finally stopped at a mere 40 yards away, The exterminator in Newark shot. Just like the day before, she dropped and didn't move. It was the culmination of a fantastic critter trap. For more information on how to get rid of nuisance New Jersey wildlife, read on.

The nuisance wildlife authority has been to the Y.O. Ranch many times and knows the area pretty well, so he played tour guide on Sunday afternoon. They toured the ranch, which was founded in the 1880s. As they drove around, they saw exotic wildlife from Africa, Asia, and Europe, as well as the U.S. They also toured the historic lodge and wildlife museum. As The exterminator in Newark announces, "This was the critter trap of a lifetime. I will never forget it, or the people that I met while there. The Newark exterminators and Wendy are great people and know what they're doing."

The nuisance wildlife authority and SCI deserve credit, too. Without them, the trip wouldn't have happened. The idea was to see if it would be possible for people with disabilities to go on snares like this. They proved it not only possible, but hope to make it an annual event. With the help of SCI and the effort of its members, trips such as this one will continue to be provided, giving an opportunity to people that otherwise might not have this experience. This wasn't Dave Small's or SCI's first humanitarian effort. Dave also conducts, for blind schoolchildren an annual "Sensory Safari." This allows kids to touch and feel a variety of animal skins, skulls, and mounts that they would not normally have the opportunity to experience. We take for granted the appearance of elephant tusks, tiger's teeth, or bear claws. Most of the children experience this for the first time. Well done Dave, and hats off to the Newark Chapter of SCI.
