One of our customer cases:

I found your website very informative. Especially the pictures. I do not live in your area though, or I would call you in a heartbeat.

I have rodents in my condo all of a sudden. For the past month. This is after 1 and half years of living here with no issues.

I have caught 2 rats and 2 mice myself. I sealed up the house - it took about 8 hours, but I did it. Steel wool, spackle, caulking, foam sealant. But sure enough they found ways in. One way was as you pointed out in your website....the stove! Who would of thought of that! I thought I had Fort Knox...until I witnessed a mouse do a Kamikaze nose dive..right into my stove burner!

So now I am trying to find someone who can help me take the stove out, because I couldn't figure it out, nor could 2 friends of mine. Can I ask you for a recommendation of who to call to get the stove out to seal up the holes? The appliance repair men I called all said they don't remove stoves. My Dad is coming over tomorrow to see if he can get it out. If he can.....what to seal the huge hole around the gas line into the stove with? metal? steel wool and spackle on top?

I have killed 4, but there are still 2 or 3 I hear running around the house...one is staked out behind the washing machine...one is in the stove usually, and one is under my desk. I have tried 3 types of traps (glue, tomcat plastic new snappy traps, and victor snap), and these smart ones are too smart for me.

I tried calling several exterminators in my area (NJ) and they all want to use bait. As you point out...I don't think it is great idea...I am afraid they will go in the wall and die. They insist they will go outside to die, but I just don't believe them. Why would they go outside? I think their nest is in the wall in my kitchen...I can hear them late at night scratching around in one particular wall. I tend to believe your logic than theirs when I reflect on it.

I am at my wit's end and want this over with.

Can you recommend a good exterminator in NJ? If not, what should I ask when I call around?

I really appreciate your advice on the website, and really appreciate you taking the time to read my email. Like I said, I am at my wit's end and just can't catch these guys. Any advice on the three questions I asked you would be appreciated. Thanks, Susan
