Some of our customer cases:
Greetings,
I have a HUGE problem. We had "something" under our house, crawl space, gnawing like a mouse. We set traps and the traps would be eaten/licked clean the next day. We tried to catch the little culprit for weeks with no avail. My husband mentioned "decon" and I absolutely forbade it; yet he sneaked and did it anyway. He didn't want to pay an exterminator so now we have a decaying mole or mouse in our wall under the bathroom. What a horrible scent. AND, on top of that, I am a state licensed child care provider and have parents in and out. I am the one who is stuck with the apologies to all the parents and the children. Now we are spending a fortune on deodorizers and candles to "soften the odor. Needless to say, it is most horrible. My husband knew better because he did the same thing last year. A neighbor told my husband about an "odorless" rat poison which I didn't fall for. It makes no sense to me. My questions to you are: Is there anything I can do to eliminate the odor until the scent is gone and secondly, how can I catch these little demons when they strip a trap with 0 harm to their selves? How long will it take for the thing to dry up and not stink? Frankly, my husband is spending more money on Citrus Spray and candles than he would have on an exterminator. PLEASE HELP!! I can't find a picture of these devils, but they look like a mouse but they have a very long pointed nose. NASTY!!
Thank you,
Gerri
Hi. Do you provide rat control services in the Melbourne area of Brevard County?
I live in Indialantic and have had rats in my attic for 4 years. I've plugged every entry point into my attic I can find, but I keep snagging a rat or two every few months (using a couple of snap traps). At this point, I feel I could use some professional help determining how the rats are getting in my attic and ensuring they've been wiped out and are not living some where in the recesses of the attic.
Regards,
Mark
Hi, I'm an employee in a Checkers in Boca Raton. We have an extremely bad rat problem. I have only recently transferred to that store and by recently i mean a week and i am already getting sick. They are still serving food to the public. As far as i know that is a major health violation considering the owners know about the problem. If they are willing to get an exterminator are you willing to travel that far. Also can you tell me how you would do the extermination were the public wouldn't know they had a rat problem?
Thank you for your time,
Jessica
I am looking at a very nice home to rent that has not been lived in for about 3 1/2 years. When the owners left, they left all food in the cabinets and all of their animal food behind also. It looks as if they just picked up and left!!!!! They left behind a lot of personal items including furniture, clothing, toys and other things.
When I entered the home I noticed rat droppings EVERYWHERE. So noticeable that the counter tops, kitchen/bathroom floors were covered. All toys and clothes laying around the house was full of rat droppings and urine.
I have read a lot about rat droppings and diseases. I am very concerned about this. So my question is......can this home be saved? I have a 4 month old and a 13 year old. I am afraid to try and clean and disinfect and move in and my children come down with a deadly virus.
Please help!. I cannot find the information that I need on this. What do I need to do and can you help?
Please contact me at my email address.
Thank you so much in advance for any help or information that you can give me in this matter.
