wild animals. We do not deal with dog and cat complaint or issues. We are a private company, and like all private
companies that deal with wildlife, charge for our services. We are not like the other Lake Mary exterminators or exterminating
companies out there. We do not deal with or spray for insects. We are trappers, and our specialty is wildlife control. The most common situations
that we deal with are rats in attics (there are many rats in Lake Mary), squirrels in attics, & raccoons & opossums in attics. We
are the absolute best at bat control. We also capture and remove snakes and armadillos. We do bird control, and can

Hi David, glad to find your website, although a little late for me. I bought a house in 2006 and like one of the people on your website, I imediately began noticing odors in the house. I couldn't identify what the odors were and over time,
found racoon feces in the attic, a dead racoon in one ceiling. I made an insurance claim and the entire attic and all ceiilings were stripped of all insulation and cleaned (I don't know what the cleaning solution was)and I'm not sure of the
efficiency since the work was done by a company better known for fire flooding clean up and restoration. We are looking for Lake Mary animal control or Lake Mary Wildlife Removal to help us. Anyway, the house never was completely odor-free and I began to have more and more breathing problems until I ultimately left the house
completely. Honestly, I'm not sure that the lingering smell is racoon related or not but, considering my experience... Anyway, some of the furniture that I took from the home still seems to have a lingering odor, and I can't seem to get rid
of it. I thought that after removing the furniture from the house and airing it out, the odors would dissipate but they haven't any suggestions onwhat I can try to use to clean upholstered furniture. i have tried bleach solutions, lysol etc. Thanks, Not yet Odor-free
