Please explore this website if you wish to learn more about us and our services. We provide Pine Hills pest control for
wild animals. We do not deal with dog and cat complaint or issues. We are a private company, and like all private
companies that deal with wildlife, charge for our services. We are not like the other Pine Hills exterminators or exterminating
companies out there. We do not deal with or spray for insects. We are trappers, and our specialty is wildlife control. The most common situations
that we deal with are rats in attics (there are many rats in Pine Hills), squirrels in attics, & raccoons & opossums in attics. We
are the absolute best at bat control. We also capture and remove snakes and armadillos. We do bird control, and can
catch those pest raccoons pooping in your pool or stealing your pet's food. We are fast and responsive, usually providing
same-day service.

Can you please send a quote for the following service: A. Conduct raccoon trapping and relocation activities in support of the Agencies Depredation and Nuisance Wildlife Abatement Program within
Pine Hills FL, Sandoval, Bernalillo, Valencia, Los Alamos, and Santa Fe counties, excluding all tribal and public lands within these counties. B. All activities pursuant to this Contract will be in accordance with current State Statutes, Rules, and Policies as directed by the Agency. We are looking for Pine Hills animal control or Pine Hills Wildlife Removal to help us.
All such documents will be provided by the Agency. Contractor will be required, if necessary, to obtain any and all Agency Permits such as furbearer possession permits, and/or lethal take permits. C. Contractor will respond to raccoon complaints as reported to the Agency. The Agency will compile and provide a list of complaints to the Contractor on a daily basis (excluding weekends and holidays). This list will include name, address and phone number of complainant, and a brief summary of the complaint. D. Contractor will respond to reported complaints and record all necessary information and activities on a Standard Wildlife Complaint Form to be provided by the Agency. E. Contractor will provide all equipment, supplies, vehicles, and fuel necessary to perform the duties of this Contract (excluding forms and documents provided by the Agency). F. Contractor will release all captured wildlife in areas designated by Agency. A map showing these areas will be provided by the Agency. In instances where lethal take is necessary, the Contractor shall only conduct such activities upon authorization from the Northwest Area Depredation Specialist, in accordance with Agency Policies, Permits, Procedures. G. Contractor will submit a detailed activity report and original copy of all Standard Wildlife Complaint Forms to the Northwest Area Depredation Specialist on or before the 10th of every month during the term of this Contract. Contractor will submit a monthly billing statement/invoice on or before the 10th of every month during the term of this Contact. Quote should be price per raccoon. Thanks.
